By using retechie.in or placing an order you agree to these terms. They’re governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gurugram, Haryana having jurisdiction.
Products
All machines are refurbished, professionally tested and graded (A+, A or B). Photos represent the model; cosmetic marks are described by the grade. Specifications are verified on our bench before dispatch.
Pricing & payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch; if we do, you can cancel for a full refund. Payments are processed by RBI-regulated payment gateways.
Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
Business purchases
Bulk orders may be subject to a separate quotation and Net-30 credit terms for registered businesses.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We’re not liable for data loss — please back up your data before sending a machine for service.
