Retechie Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Retechie”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, mobile number and password (stored only as a salted hash).
- Order details: delivery addresses, GSTIN, items purchased and payment method (we never store full card numbers).
- Usage data: pages viewed and items saved, to improve the store.
How we use it
- To process orders, deliveries, returns and warranty claims
- To send order updates by email, SMS and WhatsApp
- To issue GST invoices and meet legal record-keeping duties
- To send offers — only if you opt in, and you can opt out any time
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to fulfil your order (payment gateways, courier partners, SMS/email providers) and when required by law. We never sell your data.
Storage & retention
Data is stored on secure servers in India. Order and invoice records are kept for 8 years as required under GST law; other data is deleted when you delete your account.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data from your account, or by emailing our Grievance Officer at privacy@retechie.in. We respond within 30 days.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you logged in and remember your cart and wishlist. We don’t use third-party advertising cookies.
